Rapoport broke the news on Twitter Tuesday afternoon just before the trade deadline:

The Packers got back a fourth-round draft pick in return for Clinton-Dix.
The news comes just minutes after it was reported that WR/RB Ty Montgomery would also be traded - to the Baltimore Ravens.
