A Green Bay Packers wide receiver, one who may need to play a major role in Sunday's NFC Divisional Playoff against Dallas, is facing a drug charge.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that Geronimo Allison has a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession after a traffic stop in early September.
It happened after he was caught speeding on I-43 by Francis Creek.
According to the report cited by the Journal Sentinel, a state patrol trooper found two cigars which tested positive for THC after Allison denied smoking marijuana or having any in his car.
He was arrested and posted bond.
The report says he is set to face a courtroom on Jan. 23, the day after the scheduled NFC Championship Game.
