A longtime and beloved Green Bay Packers fullback is heading south, according to a report.
ESPN's Rob Demovsky reports that John Kuhn will be signing with the New Orleans Saints.
In nine years in Green Bay, Kuhn was Aaron Rodgers' top backfield protector and the blocking mate of many a Packers running back.
His stats were not spectacular - 1,158 yards combined, but he scored 23 touchdowns and contributed mightily in the Packers making nine playoff appearances in that era.
WTMJ's Greg Matzek broke the news in May that the Packers were moving on from Kuhn.
