A report says that the already injury-decimated cornerback position for the Packers just got a little worse.

ESPN's Rob Demovsky reports that Packers second-year cornerback Damarious Randall will miss several weeks after surgery to take care of a groin injury.

Randall missed Thursday's win over the Chicago Bears due to the injury.

He was hurt on October 9 against the Giants and played part of the October 16 game against Dallas.

With Sam Shields on injured reserve due to a concussion, Green Bay has Quentin Rollins (with a not-as-severe groin injury), LaDarious Gunter, Demetri Goodson and Josh Hawkins on their roster at cornerback.

Micah Hyde also has experience at the position, but he is typically more often used as a safety.
