HONOLULU - A police report says Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Letroy Guion smelled of alcohol and marijuana, stumbled and spoke with slurred speech when he was arrested in Hawaii for intoxicated driving.

Arrest records obtained by The Associated Press Thursday shows his blood alcohol level was 0.086 percent after he was arrested in Waikiki on June 21.

The records say he told an officer it was his birthday and he had been drinking Hennessy cognac.

Police say Guion was pulled over while driving a Porsche Cayenne because he was drifting between lanes.

Guion's agent, Seth Katz, declined to comment.

Guion started 15 games last season, making 30 tackles. He agreed to a three-year deal worth $11.25 million in 2016.

The NFL suspended him without pay for the first four games of the 2017 season for violating a policy on performance-enhancing drugs.
