The final Power Poll of the season and after 17 weeks of shuffling the NFL deck, there is much change from week one of the regular season to now, except at the very top of the poll and at the very bottom.
Seattle was the week one POWER leader. After a slow start, they regained the top spot on the final weekend of the regular season with their 36-6 blasting of the Cardinals in Arizona.
Tennessee started the season in the basement and finished it there as well.
Everything else in between was subject to change (and it did) over the course of the long campaign.
