More legal trouble is brewing for Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Letroy Guion.

KHON-TV in Honolulu reports that Guion faces charges of driving while intoxicated early Wednesday morning in Waikiki.

ESPN reported the 30-year-old had a blood alcohol level of .086.

The station says that police pulled Guion over at about 4 a.m. Hawaii time, and conducted a breathalyzer test which he failed. He was released from jail on $500 bail.

Two years ago, police arrested Guion for marijuana and firearms. The NFL also suspended him for four games this upcoming season for PED's.

He signed a three-year deal with Green Bay in 2016.
