Football is back!
If you've ever been to Lambeau Field on game day, this should come as no surprise: Green Bay ranks as one of the top cities for NFL pregaming.
Green Bay is third in a new survey by Redfin, a next-generation real estate brokerage. Seattle and Denver took the top two spots, and Dallas and New Orleans tied for fourth.
“Historic Lambeau Field is a destination every football fan should see, and our pregame experience is worthy of the legendary stadium where our beloved Packers play," said Ashley Lamb, a Redfin real estate agent in Wisconsin. "You’ll find people starting the festivities as early as sunrise and sticking around Green Bay long after the game has ended.”
Green Bay's low crime rate (aggravated Assaults per 100,000 people: 393.8), the amount of bars nearby (21), the stadium’s Walk Score (proximity to restaurants and shops) and solid fan base contributed to the top score.
