Dustin Johnson is the world’s new number one golfer following his win at Riviera Country Club this weekend.

Johnson built a nine-shot lead in the final round, and coasted down the stretch to a comfortable five-shot victory.

Johnson is the 20th golfer to be ranked number one overall since the world rankings began in 1986. Jason Day, the former number one, falls to second after 47 weeks atop the rankings. Rory McIlroy, Henrik Stenson, and Hideki Matsuyama round out the top five.

Johnson has won four tournaments in the last eight months, including the 2016 U.S. Open. He will look to defend his title in Wisconsin this summer, when the golf world will travel to Erin Hills golf course for the 2017 U.S. Open.

The 32-year-old hasn’t always had major tournament success in the state of Wisconsin. In the 2010 PGA Championship at Whistling Straits, he entered the final hole with a one-shot lead. However, a bogey combined with a two-stroke penalty dropped him to fifth place and out of a playoff with Martin Kaymer and Bubba Watson.

Johnson also finished tied for seventh at the 2015 PGA Championship, which was also held at Whistling Straits.
