When snow and college students mix, snowball fights are sure to come about.
However, some University of Wisconsin students went too far Saturday during their team's game with Northwestern at Camp Randall Stadium.
Certainly, much of the fun was innocent enough, though you could hear one fan yell "not on the field" in this viral video.

However, it went too far when cheerleaders had to evacuate their normal zone in the north end zone of Camp Randall, right by the students section.

Hours before kickoff, ESPN reporter Jesse Temple showed that it did not appear as if many of the bleacher seats at Camp Randall had snow removed from them.
A major snowfall struck Madison in the 24 hours before kickoff. Such a snowfall is rare in Madison during Badgers football season.
Unlike UW in this circumstance, the Green Bay Packers put in plans after every major snowfall to have fans get paid to shovel out Lambeau Field.
