The Milwaukee Bucks will have reinforcements at the center position in the 2018-19 season.

First reported by Yahoo! Sports reporter Jordan Schultz

and ESPN's Chris Haynes, the Bucks will welcome veteran free agent Brook Lopez into the fold.

Bucks beat writer Matt Velazquez has confirmed the reports and adds a number for the likely salary.

Lopez, 30, spent 2017-18 with the Los Angeles Lakers averaging 13 points in 23.4 minutes per game. Before LA, Lopez - a 2006 top-10 draft pick - spent 9 seasons with the New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets. He put up 18.6 points per game and 7.1 rebounds.

The Bucks are currently participating in Las Vegas Summer League play, and have several roster decisions yet to be made. Among them: guard Brandon Jennings' $2.2 million contract becomes guaranteed on August 1st, and restricted free agent Jabari Parker remains without a contract.
