Milwaukee Brewers came back to screaming fans in the pouring rain at Miller Park.

Players were treated by cheers as they pulled into the loading dock.

“That’s incredible, I just heard them a couple seconds ago. It’s unbelievable. I’m glad they are enjoying this. It’s for the city of Milwaukee,” said center fielder Christian Yelich.

Winning in Chicago against the Cubs made the day even more memorable.

“To go to Chicago and get a W there and be able to come home and celebrate with the fans, it’s going to be a lot of fun,” said third baseman Mike Moustakas.

The players say the wins are for the fans as much as the team.

“We want to do something special for them for sure,” said left fielder Hernan Perez.

The large number of fans at Wrigley didn't go unnoticed by the players.

“They were down in Wrigley today and they were very loud so this is for them. They should enjoy it just as much as we are,” said Yelich.
