The Milwaukee Brewers showed off their $20 million dollar renovation project at Miller Park Wednesday.

Inside are 11 new concession stands and three new bars representing 33 percent more points of sale and more choices and variety for the fans according to the team.

Brewers C.O.O. Rick Schlesinger said, “In terms of scope, dollars and impact… we are pretty confident this will be the most important innovation since the ballpark opened in 2001.”

The team worked with Hospitality Democracy and Delaware North to conceptualize and build the new area known as “First Base Ward.” You will likely recognize the Milwaukee brands from Hospitality Democracy like Zaffiro’s Pizza, AJ Bombers, and Smoke Shack Barbeque.

In addition to the new food items and restaurants a new MLB.com ballpark app will help you get around. You can ask where the nearest type of food you’d like is and it will point you in the right direction.

“Particularly with all of the changes that we made we want to make it as easy for them (fans) to find exactly what they are looking for in a convenient way” said Brewers Communications coordinator Nicole Blackman.

The entire addition was funded by the Milwaukee Brewers and Delaware North.
