Brewers reliever Corey Knebel might be Wauwatosa first responders’ best friend.
After he donated tickets to Wauwatosa police officers for the first NLCS games last week, he made sure to take care of Wauwatosa firefighters, donating tickets for Games 6 and 7 on Friday.
The Fire Department thanked Knebel on Twitter saying, “Special thanks to @Brewers and Corey Knebel for calling us today and offering our fire department tickets for game 6 & 7 of the NLCS. The tics were shared with our firefighters and support staff. We appreciate you recognizing the hard work our folks do every day. Go Brewers.”

The Brewers are in a must-win situation for Game 6 against the Los Angeles Dodgers. They need to win Friday to force a Game 7 on Saturday.
