The agent for Ezekiel Elliott says the star running back of the Dallas Cowboys has tested positive for the coronavirus.

Rocky Arceneaux tells the NFL Network Elliott is feeling OK and recovering.

Elliott tweeted out the word "HIPPA???" which stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, in regards to why his medical information was leaked.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, members of the Houston Texans also tested positive for the virus.

"Several #Cowboys players & several #Texans players have tested positive for COVID-19 recently, sources tell me &
@TomPelissero," Rapoport tweeted. "None of the players are believed to have been in their team facilities. The teams followed proper health protocols."

In a statement, the Cowboys can't name the other players due to privacy laws.

"Due to federal and local privacy laws, we are unable to provide information regarding the personal health of any of our employees," Cowboys officials said in a statement. "We are following all CDC, local, and NFL guidelines to keep our facilities safe, including limiting employee access."

A person with direct knowledge of the diagnosis tells The Associated Press that Elliott had a positive test about a week ago and could be described as symptomatic.

Only players who have been rehabilitating injuries have been allowed inside team facilities during the shutdown.

That hasn't included Elliott.

According to ESPN, it's unclear at this time how the players contracted the virus.
