TOWN OF SCHOEPKE, Wis. (AP) — Authorities in northern Wisconsin say a snowmobiler was killed in a weekend crash.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office got a 911 call about the crash in the Town of Schoepke just after 1 a.m. Sunday. Authorities say the snowmobile left a trail and struck trees off the side of the trail.
The snowmobiler died at the scene. The name of the victim was not immediately released.
