FRANKLIN, Wis. -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 74-year-old Franklin man.
Donald J. Pulkkila left his residence in Franklin on foot around 2:30 a.m. Friday morning, police say. He was last seen wearing brown shoes, plaid pajama pants, a black jacket, and a baseball hat.
Police say Pulkkila is non-verbal. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Franklin Police at 414-425-2522.
