Julia Griffith joins us on What's Brewing Wisconsin to discuss Carl Baehr's book Milwaukee Streets: The Stories Behind Their Names.
The original book was published in 1995, containing the current streets and previous names of public roads. This expanded edition has added 50 new names, covering the disorderly past of Milwaukee's road system.
You can find copies of the book at Milwaukee Public Libraries, and is also for sale at the Historic Milwaukee shop.
