The Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) is set to implement new program called Wild Tunes, which brings musicians to shelters to play and soothe the animals. According to Wild Tunes founder Yuvi Agarwal, a 10 year old boy from Houston, "music has the power to calm connect and heal". Musicians ages 10 and up are invited to play starting today!
