He's back in our kitchen to cook up their new feature, Balsamic Chicken with Heirloom Tomatoes: A seared boneless chicken breast, set atop an orzo pasta and mushroom medley, smothered in pan roasted heirloom tomatoes, garnished with Asiago cheese, drizzled with Balsamic reduction, served with crusty three cheese crostini.
