There are many struggles seniors face during their day-to-day lives. Whether its making meals or remembering to take medications, normal activities get harder and harder as we age. However, one of the biggest struggles seniors face is mobility and avoiding falls. That's why SYNERGY HomeCare has partnered with the Milwaukee County Department on Aging and their program "Stepping On."
