Yuni's Cafe in Racine is a favorite spot for breakfast for Sally Goetz.

"I like their breakfast. I come here quite a bit," she says.

The cafe opened 40 years ago by a woman named Yuni. When she left, Dean Roushia bought it.

"We provide good food and great service. We make people smile before they come to work and all day long," he says.

Frequent owners come for the food and to see the staff.

"It's all about the people that are here," Roushia says. "That's why they come. They pass 10 restaurants to get here. They come here for us to have some fun, to take away their pain for a day."

Yuni's Cafe is located on Highway 20 in Racine. It is typically open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. for breakfast and lunch but on Fridays, it's open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the traditional Friday fish fry takeout.
