Nino's southern sides serves items like fried chicken, fried catfish, pork chops, cabbage, green beans, and baked beans.
Owner Valerie Daniels-Carter says her restaurant is also known for its desserts.
Nino's is on Oakland Avenue in Shorewood, and it is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
