MILWAUKEE — Junior's Cocktail Lounge on the south side of Milwaukee is just getting their footing. Edward Calloway Jr.'s dream project has only been in business since January.
"I'm a junior myself and the plan came in about five years ago," he explains. "It was just a thought and a process. My background was in restaurants. I did a little bartending two years ago so I said 'I might well put it all together.'"

Things were going great for Junior's until the pandemic hit.
"Our grand opening was January 17," he says. "We were open for two months and then the virus came and swept us under a little bit. We took a few weeks off and went with this great idea to get the food in and out, so we do takeout."
Calloway says the Philly Cheesesteak dinner is their specialty.
