MILWAUKEE -- In a matter of hours Saturday, a Milwaukee church will hold a clean up event and block party afterwards.
Serve Your City Day will clean up S. 27th Street to S. 16th Street And from W. Greenfield Avenue to West Pierce Street from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Afterwards, a block party will take place until 2 p.m. There will be free lunch, music and a chance for the community to meet face-to-face with police.
