Judge shares what it takes to make award-winning cheese

There's a new king of the cheese world. 

Silvain Diedrichs' hard sheep's milk cheese was crowned top cheese at the World Cheese Competition in Madison. It was picked out of more than 3,000 entries. Five of those cheeses were from Wisconsin.

Judge Dominique Delugeau joined Live at Daybreak to talk about the judging process and what goes into an award-winning cheese.
