If you are noticing more people with blue hair, you're not just seeing things.
"Highlight It Up Blue" is hoping to bring awareness during for Autism Awareness Month.
Several local salons are asking people to stand out and stand up for the 1 in 68 people in the U.S. with autism by adding blue natural hair extensions and/or temporary dye.
