With homes selling quickly in today's hot real estate market, now is a good time to sell your home.
However, seniors who have lived in their home for 20, 30, even 40 years often find it difficult to make the decision to move.
Bruce Nemovitz, a senior real estate specialist, joined Live at 4 Wednesday to explain.
The "Moving in the Right Direction" event will be held at the Boerner Botanical Gardens on Sept. 6. Doors opened at 8:30 a.m. and the event goes until noon.
