Man pulled from Milwaukee River after two-hour search

MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Fire Department confirms a body was pulled from the bottom of the Milwaukee river after a lengthy search Saturday night. The victim was an adult male, according to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner.

Milwaukee police and fire officials were on scene of a dive response along the Milwaukee river near Jackson and Erie Streets in Milwaukee's Third Ward.

Police say the call for a person in the water came in around 6:30p.m. Saturday.
