MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee police say two 12-year-old boys and a 13-year-old girl are among six people arrested in the carjackings of two vehicles at gunpoint on the city's south side.
The Milwaukee Police Department said Monday that several people in one vehicle pulled up to the two vehicles Saturday and took them at gunpoint. Police saw one of the stolen vehicles several hours later and began to chase it before the driver lost control and crashed.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that a 12-year-old boy, a 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy were arrested after the crash.
Police saw the second stolen vehicle at about the same time in the same area. They arrested the other 12-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man inside that vehicle.
