MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The November death of a 3-month-old girl has been ruled a homicide by the Milwaukee County medical examiner.
Authorities say India Rose Gilmore died Nov. 7, a day after she was taken to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin after her father said he found her unresponsive in a car seat on his bed.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the medical examiner found the girl died from blunt force injuries to her head. The autopsy also found that the girl had healing rib fractures.
There have been no charges in connection with her death.
