A talking rug may be the solution for those people who constantly hit the snooze button in the morning.

"Ruggie" is the world's first talking alarm clock and requires people to physically get out of bed to silence the alarm.

The rug has weight sensors built inside. In order for the alarm to be shut off, the user must stand on the rug for at least three seconds. If three seconds isn’t enough, it can also be programmed up to 30 seconds.

The rug also rewards good morning habits. It can be programmed to play personalized MP3's as a reward for getting bed out of time.

The rug is made of memory foam and sells online for around $100.00.
