The Lake Hallie Police Department in Wisconsin is warning its residents about a man who has been tossing cut up hot dogs that have been poisoned into the yards of dog owners, which could cause dogs to become sick.

According to the police department, pictures were taken on a camera of a suspicious person in the area. The hot dogs have been wrapped up in floss, with an unknown substance in them.

The poisoned hot dogs have caused some dogs in the area to become sick, the department said.
