A woman came home to find a strange man had eaten her food, used her shower and slept in her bed.
It sounds like a bad retelling of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" but it's actually an Arizona police report.
The incident happened on Oct. 2, when a woman came home with her children and found a stranger sleeping in her bed, according to court documents.
Police later identified the man as 27-year-old Joshua Forsgren.
After entering the home to find Forsgren sleeping in the master bedroom, the woman got out of the home with her children and called police. Once officers arrived they said Forsgren refused to come out.
Police said they saw Forsgren walking through the house, going through the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. They also allegedly saw him taking and eating multiple packages of fruit snacks.
Police say after about 90 minutes, a tactical team entered the home and used a stungun on Forsgren to get him out of the house.
Forsgren allegedly assaulted several officers while being removed from the home. He was convicted in 2015 of trespassing and now faces burglary and aggravated assault charges stemming from this recent incident.
