It sounds like something whipped up in Willy Wonka's factory, but this new dinner meal disguised as dessert is listed on Longhorn Steakhouse's menu.
The steakhouse is introducing its new dessert: Steak & Bourbon Ice Cream.
"Yeah. We did that," reads the description on Longhorn Steakhouse's website. "This summer, cool down with all the steakhouse flavors you crave. It's the first of its kind and only available for a limited time."
The ice cream features swirls of bourbon caramel, the signature char seasoning and yes...bits of steak.
