You see a spider in your house, and what's your reaction? Kill it? That's what one man did in Fresno, California but he did it using a blow torch.
The man was attempting to kill black widow spiders in his parent's home with a blow torch when things got a little out of hand and he accidentally started a house fire.
He was house-sitting for his parents at the time.
Firefighters say he made it out safely and no one was hurt.
More than two dozen firefighters responded and put out the fire. The fire damaged the second-story and the attic of the home.
