A kitten has been nicknamed 'Sticky' after being saved by a driver who discovered the feline glued to the road.
The driver saw something in the road that he described as the "kitten emoji." It was then he stopped his car and blocked traffic as he attempted to rescue the kitten. She was glued to the pavement by her paws and was then promptly taken to get the glue removed from her fur.
After she was cleaned, she was examined by a veterinarian who discovered three small puncture wounds around her neck as well.
According to the rescuer, Chuck Hawley, Sticky is doing just fine and has even gotten along with the family's other pets.
