(WESH) Parents in Altamonte Springs, Florida are upset over two different pages in the Lake Brantley High School yearbook.

One page features an article about vaping, titled "Vape Brantley." It features photos of a student vaping and describes how vaping became popular. The article ends by referring to vaping as a 'buzzin' way to pass the time."

Another page features a student showing off a handful of disciplinary referrals from the school and boasting, "... I cursed out a teacher and left the classroom. It was so worth it."

Parents began making angry phone calls to the Seminole County Public School District.

Superintendent Walt Griffin called the pages unacceptable.

"The process that we have in place for proofing content was not followed. I have expressed my concerns regarding vaping and this is in complete opposition," Griffin said in a statement.

School officials said there are a number of times throughout the editing process in which this content should have been removed.
