ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Police in St. Louis, Missouri have a 12-year-old boy in custody after they say he attempted to rob two women in two incidents about 35 minutes apart Wednesday.
According to the police reports, the boy rode his bike up to the first woman at around 6:30 p.m. He tried to take her purse, and when he couldn't get it from her, he and several other boys rode away from the scene.
Then, 35 minutes later, the same boy rode up to another woman and demanded her car keys. When she refused, he punched her in the head and rode away.
