MILWAUKEE — Two people are dead following an incident in Milwaukee where police say a woman shot herself during an argument, which also resulted in the death of another person.

Police said the shooting happened just before 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, near 42nd Street and Auer Avenue.

According to police, the 22-year-old woman fired a self-inflicted shot, which also struck the victim, a 27-year-old, killing them both.

On Monday, the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victims as Alyssa Ouradnik, 22, and Kimani Smith, 27.

No one else was injured in the shooting.
