MILWAUKEE — A 70-year-old was beaten to death during a home invasion near 7th and Galena in Milwaukee early Friday morning, according to police.
The invasion occurred just after midnight on April 25. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, with police investigating the death as a homicide.
The victim was identified as Jerry Rhodes by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office on Thursday, Aug. 14.
Police continue to seek known suspects.
