MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that left a 49-year-old dead Tuesday evening.
The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. near 35th Street and Galena Street. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was identified as Major C. Milan by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.
An investigation into what led up to the shooting and the search for suspects is ongoing.
