MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that left a 27-year-old dead Tuesday night.
The shooting happened just after 10:20 p.m. near 52nd and Lloyd. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was identified as Austin L. Hanson by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.
An investigation into what led up to the shooting and the search for suspects is ongoing.
