MILWAUKEE — Brewers' outfielder Christian Yelich says his knee is 100% ready for the 2020 season.
The Brewers gathered for their annual Brewers on Deck event on Sunday, making it their first event of the year.
In an interview at the event, star player Yelich told reporters that his knee is at 100% after he fractured his knee cap at the end of last season.
The injury cost him most of his September, and prevented him from playing the postseason. Additionally, the injury very well may have prevented him from back-to-back MVP awards.
Yelich is healed now and set to report to spring training with all other position players on Feb. 17.
