KENOSHA -- A 12-year-old girl was stabbed in Kenosha Sunday morning.
Police said it was a random attack.
A witness called police at approximately 11:30 a.m. and said the girl was stabbed twice outside her home near 88th Street and 39th Avenue.
Witnesses followed the suspect and called 911. Police were able to locate her not too far from where the incident occurred.
The woman was arrested and remains in jail for attempted intentional homicide.
