MILWAUKEE — An adult female was killed in an apparent homicide at 91st and Mill Road, the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office tweeted Monday afternoon.

The Milwaukee Police Department says the woman was killed in a double shooting that left another adult woman, 28, shot as well.
Milwaukee Police are investigating a double shooting and that occurred on Monday, March 11th, at about 1:03 p.m. in the 6300 block of N. 91st street outside of a residence. Unfortunately, one victim, an adult female did not survive her injuries and died on the scene.

Police say the circumstances of the shooting are still under investigation. Officers are seeking a suspect and a motive.
An autopsy is scheduled Tuesday.
