A Janesville woman was arrested for her ninth OWI after police said she hit a parked car and fled and foot.

Karyn Rew, 45, is charged with operating while intoxicated 9th offense, hit and run and operating without insurance.

Janesville Police were dispatched to the area of Laurel Avenue and Walnut Street after Monday evening after witnesses reported seeing a female driver hitting the parked car.

The woman, who police later identified as Few, ran away from the scene.

Officers later found Few and say her speech was slurred, she showed signs of impairment and had injuries consistent with being in a car crash.

Police say she refused a field sobriety test, so a search warrant was obtained for a blood draw.

Few is being held in the Rock County jail.
