MENOMONEE FALLS — A woman reportedly pushed a shopping cart full of merchandise out of Target on May 28 after pretending to pay in the self-checkout lane, Menomonee Falls Police said in a news release.
The suspect reportedly scanned a dated / fraudulent barcode that identified an item no longer carried by Target.
The barcode did not match the merchandise in the shopping cart, and no payment was made at the self-checkout, police said.
