GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- A retired priest from the Green Bay diocese has been sentenced to four months in jail for exposing himself to a child.

Father Richard Thomas will serve 120 days in the Brown County Jail. He has also been given three years of supervised release following his jail sentence and he must register as a sex offender.
Prosecutors say the 78-year-old priest exposed himself a number of times to a 16-year-old boy while living in a home for retired priests in Allouez. WLUK-TV reports authorities say the priest would bang on the window to get the boy's attention while the teen was walking to school.

Thomas told investigators he's undergoing counseling.  He will report to jail on November 29.
