The Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested a man for 9th Offense OWI Monday.
The department received a 911 call around 6:41 p.m. of a northbound vehicle swerving across all three lanes of traffic on 141 near STH 167.
The driver sideswiped a tractor-trailer and crashed into a median cable barrier before being intercepted by police.
Police say the man was identified as a 60-year-old Amberg man, who was in the onset of overdosing.
He could not speak or stand on his own.
Jackson Rescue arrived on the scene and administered Narcan to the man. He was then transported to St. Joseph's Hospital and arrested for 9th Offense OWI.
The man remains in jail for felony bail jumping, possession of heroin and OWI.
